  1. My only complaint is that I can’t hear the questions from the class/audience and he doesn’t repeat it before he answers it. It would be nice if there were “closed captioning” for those questions. 🙂 Otherwise this was HUGELY helpful! It was absolutely worth the full 2 hours, I learned SO much!

  2. Having shared this video with a few photographers and my son who has just started taking photo courses in a local college…it is indeed a great review for me as well as providing inspiration and new ideas! Thanks for providing such outstanding photographic education opportunities to us all!

  3. IF you want to know how the beauty dish came into being, look no further than Francesco Scevullo….who shoot covers for Vogue

  4. Really liked the class, thanks Joey for sharing. Looking forward to your upcoming videos. Love to get a copy of your pdf file. Would you please? Thanks.

  5. This is unquestionably the single most informative, interesting, and useful video on not just studio lighting, but lighting in general, on all of YouTube. I will share this with everyone I know who loves photography, and I am anxiously awaiting the next video in this series! Fantastic work guys, and a big thank you to Joey Quintero, B&H, and everyone else who was involved! There are not enough resources like this available!

  6. GREAT Introduction on Lighting & more of revision to me… !!! Keep it up Joey + B&H!!! looking forward for more… 🙂

  7. Thanks for the great video on lighting. It was a great refresher course, and reminded me of a few things I have forgotten, and gave me a few new tips also. I can’t wait for the next one!
